Whaley Products designs and builds immersion chiller systems at its North Texas facility in Burkburnett, TX. Modular chillers, packaged chillers, closed loop cooling, closed loop cooling towers, split cooling systems, once through chillers, and glycol chillers are available.

Modular Immersion Chiller Systems can provide your company with comfort and convenience. Having multiple chiller units allows redundancy. Having the ability to stage units in as you need them for your fluctuating capacity requirements gives you much needed control over energy consumption and function. Brazed plate stainless steel evaporator ensures maximum heat transfer, while galvanized covers provide corrosion resistance. Modular design facilitates maintenance of all components including copper or stainless steel cooling coils that can collect slime as fluids build up. Interior components can be maintained through removable panels.
